Call to order - made by Donna Burolla at 3:30 PM

Board Members: Donna Burolla, President; Sherry Verstraete, Vice President; Frank Robusto,

Approve Agenda – Additions/Discussion Items


Motion made by Sherry Verstraete to make a $100 donation in memory of Dr. Norman

Loomis to his medical school in Syracuse. Second by Sylvia Ryndock. All were in favor.


Discussion regarding making a donation to the Rotary for purchasing books for kids this

year. Motion made Donna Burolla to deny the request, second by Brian Natale - all were

in favor. The motion was carried.


Susan Tripp to review remaining current hot chocolate supply and marshmallows for the

tree lighting.


Christine will work on making a sign “Compliments of Ontario Chamber”

Committee Reports


Public Relations - Christine

Marketing & Communications – Dan/Christine are creating video reels from the various

events and being posted on the website.

Online Technology – Susan & Donna - no update at this time

Fundraising – Sherry & Brian & Christine – Craftshow held 11/15/25

The craftshow was very successful. No outstanding bills from the event.

Pizza being delivered to Ontario Rec Center as a thank you for their help.

Flowers will be sent to Kim as well, she was very helpful.

School volunteers worked out well.

The LoDestro family helped with parking lot transport and radios, VERY helpful.

Dan Brake assisted at the event and his help was greatly appreciated.


Membership Outreach/Updates – New brochures have been printed and distributed.

Brochures have been distributed to those who sponsored.

Community – Christmas Tree Lighting – December 3, 2025 – Ontario Chamber serving

hot chocolate at Masonic Lodge, 1932 Ridge Rd. Susan/Brian Tripp and Sherry

Verstraete will be onsite to help.●

We discussed providing a children’s gift prize to be given away at the tree lighting event,

not to exceed $20. Sherry Verstraete will purchase the gift and bring it to the event.


Ontario Spotlight – LNB – January, 2026 - OCC shared with Brake Marketing &

Management


New business:

Donna shared 2026 meeting dates for the monthly Chamber Meetings, it will be

published on our website.


Motion made to accept the resignation of Donna Burolla as President and appoint Sherry

Verstraete as President and Christine LoDestro as Vice President effective January 1,

2026 to fill unexpired terms until December 31, 2026, leaving open two Board of

Directors positions (one expiring on December 31, 2026 and one expiring Dec 31, 2027).

Brian Natale made the motion, Frank Robusto second - all were in favor.

Motion to Adjourn made by Christine LoDestro, seconded by Sherry Verstraete - all in favor.

The meeting adjourned at 4:52 PM.
